These guys are pushy scum bags. I felt so pressured during my entire car buying experience. I was promised one price and after being berated with texts and phone calls, the finance dept was unable to deliver that price and gave me the option to give the car back or take the higher price. They really screwed me over. Do not go here unless you are also a snake.

Worst car buying experience ever. Was told right off the bat we don’t want you to even think about money. We’ll make the numbers work. We want you to love the car. So what happens… they let me walk because they wouldn’t come down $ 30 a month on the payment. Wasted 3 hours of my life… I feel like I was blatantly lied too! Should be ashamed.

This place was great. We had an appointment and we wheeled into the bay and they took some information and took my car in right away. They gave us some quotes on a few jobs and we checked around and their prices were pretty good. They were not pushy on selling us on services we didn’t need and such like you would find at other dealer places.
It would’ve been an extra bonus if they washed our car like some other dealers but that’s probably where the cost savings come into play.
They do have Sunday hours which is great. Overall, we will be coming here for our mazda services.

This review is now for the service department. We are a Mazda family and both of our cars are Mazda. We are stylin’ our electric blue Mazda 3 and our cherry red Cx5.
We bring both of our cars here for upkeep and the service team takes good care of us. They answer all of our questions. Give us suggestions on what may be needed for our car, and give us a fair quote if needed. Not to mention, coupons and savings.
Glad we have them so close and convenient and we feel comfortable with our cars in their hand
Not only was our initial sales nice and smooth. Our service is even smoother.

When I was car shopping a few months ago I had a short list of makes that I was looking at. Mazda was one of them. They were sharing their space with Chevrolet that was moving and getting situated during the move. Things were a little hit or miss because Mazda was helping people looking at Chevys and Chevy people would help people looking at Mazdas. So not everyone knew what was going on at all times. It was a bit discombobulated if you will.
With that said, they were not pushy while looking for a car. They let me test drive all I wanted and returned my calls when need be. I ultimately chose a different make, but to no fault of their own.

Brought in my 2003 Mazda 6 for emergency service when undershield was falling off, making car undriveable. Part was not in stock, but they did recall repair on airbag at same time, giving me free loaner car for the three days it took to get part in (paid for under the recall) and fixed the undershield for less than $ 125. Loaner was 2015 version of my car, so nice ride while it lasted. Courteous staff, professional work.

Nice and easy buying process and Fast response time! I requested information online and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from a salesman (Josh Westfall) who was very friendly. Josh took great care of us A++! Really took time to break down features and even hooked up our blutooth phone thing and showed me how to set the clock. In the end we got a great deal and are happy and hope to do business again in a few years

I bring my rx8 in here all the time. Its way out of warranty and they still always fix it. And at a minimal price. This is one dealer that will not rip you off with labor. The staff is very knowledgeable with all their cars which enables them to fix most problems with ease.
