Established in 2015.
Smoking meat is a favorite hobby for many, but for us it’s a passion. Mark Timber has spent months developing our rubs, carefully paring them with Hickory we use in our wood fire pit. All of the meats are so moist and flavorful they are served with sauce on the side.

Chef Mark Timber has over 30 years in the food sevice business. We love of Traditional BBQ: we slow smoke all our fresh meat using hickory wood. Dry rub our ribs, make our own sauce, and serve the meat dry. We have the sauce on the table for the quests to try. We feature North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Kansas City style.
