Papa’s Pub

Cozy, local spot with a well kept interior and friendly staff. Food, however, was very disappointing. Burgers and fries were clearly frozen and not that great. Don’t expect a fresh patty cooked to temp. Wings were adequate but more grizzle than I’d prefer. Very slow night yet food took a good half hour. Friendly but inattentive service. Had to ask for drinks every time and wait forever on the check.

The wings as priced are the best deal in Milwaukee area. $ 6 gets you a dozen any day of the week. However, take out costs you a 1.50 more, even if you have a drink while waiting? The bourbon bbq wings are very impressive. I’d put these wings at the top of MKE if they would grill them. As is, they are great, overly sauced, but the sauce is one of the best I’ve had.
Would be 5 star wings if grilled.

Papas has a very relaxing and great atmosphere they have ice cold beer and the best wings ever. Looking forward to trying other food on the menu

Do you like wings? Do you REALLY like wings? If you said ‘Hellyeah I like wings!!’ then look no further than Papa’s Pub on 60^th St in West Allis. I love wings. I REALLY like wings, and Papa’s are the best I have had in a long, long time. Large meaty wings done in an amazing Buffalo sauce or BBQ. Orders are by the dozen. Believe me when I tell you, a dozen will fill you up.
Full bar, good tap selection of Sprecher beers with Spotted Cow, Leinies and Blue moon. Full bar and the most comfortable bar stools in the entire Milwaukee metro area. Large outdoor patio that I cannot wait for better weather to take advantage of. The owners are extremely freindly and treat you like family. Nicely decorated inside and out. Pool table, darts and internet Jukebox.
If you haven’t surmised by now, I really like this place. I have yet to try the burgers, but I am confident that i will be soon. Another review will be coming after the weather allows us to take advantage of the inviting patio. So until then, get up off your butts and get out to Papa’s Pub!!!

Great place to enjoy a nice relaxing drink. restrooms were very clean. The food was great and juicy. The game room was very nice and well lighted. Cant wait for warmer weather so i can enjoy the outside patio. The owners have done a great job to make you feel welcomed the workers are very friendly. I brought my children with me and it was very enjoyable for them they had a great time and loved the food. The portions of food are great and so are the prices. We will for sure to be coming here for our weekly out to eat. This is a very enjoyable atmosphere and you feel totally relaxed I truly enjoyed it. This is a great place for a nice cold one and great food. Thank you Dale you did a great job and am wishing you all the best.

Great classy corner bar (only because it’s actually on a corner — but in no other way a typical corner bar). The entire bar is completely remodeled and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The prices on the food is more than reasonable — down right affordable. Highly recommend this place!
