Very friendly people answering the phones, easy to schedule appointment date and time. The guys arrived right on time, very polite and did an amazing job with the entire unit. I even paid extra to get my couch and love seat cleaned as well! I will recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

We are a busy trucking company in southeastern Wisconsin. We had a good clean with Tony the first time. This year after we scheduled our appointment, Steamdry had to cancel on us. Then we had to cancel on them. Next thing I know, we got a call saying they could no longer accommodate us as a customer. They cited our location (which they had already come to) and our timeframe (which they had already accommodated). BAD BUSINESS!
