UPDATE. Just had another mind numbingly slow experience here. I went inside to order this time since the drive thru line was 8 cars deep. I still waited forever but I got in and out faster than one of the cars that was in line when I first arrived. The employees all appeared to be working but they were all kinda going from station to station. It didn’t appear to be an efficient assembly line setup. Maybe that’s the problem. The tall, dorky looking white kid at the cash register was the lone bright spot. He was very polite, helpful, had a smile on his face and did a great job. He’s a good egg.

10+ minute wait inside to order cause there was 10 cars in the drive through, once i got to the register they were out of crispy chicken… So that was cool. I did an audible on my order and got my number…14 minutes later i got my food. waiting 24 minutes is completely uncalled for at a fast food place. I could have had a sit down service in the time it took for this location to get my order and then make it. Good thing i didn’t stop here for something «quick and easy» Oh wait i did.
