Worst auto repair place ever! I took my car in for an inspection and oil change. I had an appointment for 2:00, and the manager told me it would take several hours to do the inspection, as the NYS computers were running slow. Holy BS! I was clearly annoyed, and he clearly didn’t like this. Called me an hour later and told me that my car didn’t pass inspection, and needed a thousand dollar repair for a supposed leaking power steering rack. When I went to get the car and mentioned that I had a friend who could check it, manager got nervous and quickly told me that it would probably pass inspection at a different place that did not have the same standards. L.O.L. Took it to another reputable place right after. They couldn’t find any leak, and my car passed inspection with no problems. Biggest scam pig person ever! Beware! (Manager had a «Jesus» tattoo on his neck. Jesus wouldn’t like a lying, mean spirited cheat, IMO).
Very soon after I posted this review, I received a message here from customer service at Monro to please call them. I did, and left a voicemail. Received a phone call a week later, and was offered a $ 25 certificate. WHICH SHE NEVER SENT!!! To go back to Monro? Umm, so not good enough. My car has been checked twice since this horrible experience. No leak in steering rack, fluid completely full. Shame shame shame on you.

Very, very slow! Went in for a routine inspection, ended up being a 90 minute ordeal. Deceiving when it comes to what needs to be done on your car, and what has to be done. They do not follow proper safety measures. Children were in the technical area, employees had no safety eyewear on, state inspection machine slow. You just sit and wait, wait, wait some more… still waiting! Go to Good Year!

The only reason I went back here is because my wife bought her tires at the transit location and I figured maybe I can use the warranty. By the way the transit location was a joke. Bob took care of me at the niagara falls blvd location and explained to me why the service was so bad the first time. I didn’t like the excuses but he fixed the tire for no charge. Prob won’t go back because of the first experience.

This is the worst place I have ever taken my car to. The manager (Bob) who obviously has psychological problems has the biggest chip on his shoulder you’ve ever seen. He called me up screaming saying he «went through every inch of my car» and couldn’t change my tire because I didn’t leave him the wheel locks. So I drove all the way over to pick up my car and that’s when he said my car didn’t even have wheel locks on! Then he told me he couldn’t remove the nail from my tire and I would need to pay $ 260 for a new tire. I took it somewhere else and they fixed the tire for $ 20. Avoid this place at all costs– Incompetent, rude and a total scam artist!
