I’ve been here a few times. Today I had a horrible experience! I ordered one egg over medium with cheese on a «non seeded» roll(since my daughter has a sesame allergy. I get home, there’s sesame on the bottom and in the sandwich. We then noticed the egg was raw! I had to throw it in the garbage. I asked them to cook the bacon on my wife’s sandwich softly and the burnt the bacon and the eggs were brown and greasy! I open my sandwich to find out the bagel was burnt. Why would they cook a $ 6 sandwich on a burnt bagel? The cooked just figured it was to go and it wouldn’t be his problem when I took the sandwich home. Obviously the cook doesn’t care about there business. The only thing decent were the cold bagels and of course they were skimpy with the cream cheese. What a waste of $ 23 and a waste of my family’s Saturday morning breakfast! I will never go to the bagel store again!!!

Delicious bacon egg and cheeses. And they have rainbow bagel which is awesome. Always delicious anything I order. The young kids are all very nice besides this one young girl she needs to smile more.

They just haven’t been the same since they merged with the bagel place down the road. I used to frequent the bagel factory before the merge considering that it is walking distance from my home. The place used to look kind of run down but the food was great and I really liked the original employees. Since the merge they fixed the inside up, added a coffee bar in the middle and have more product to choose from but the quality of the food suffered. I got an egg sandwich that had several pieces of shell in it the size of a quarter. Not just a little piece. The new employees aren’t as personal and friendly. I miss the old bagel factory!!!

Gave them another try today. Bagels were just ok today. Everything bagels were lacking salt and other expected toppings. Looks like just poppy and sesame seeds today… Far from what I expect on an everything bagel. Sometimes they are awesome. Why so inconsistent? Sandwiches were decent overall. Service was very fast today. Very fast for a Saturday.

Great Service AMAZING Selection! The Bagel Factory has some imaginative selection when it comes to cream cheese(my favorite is penut butter cup) with freshly made bagels. The price is right too! So i go here pretty much 2 — 3 times per week for breakfast. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED.

I agree with the review below and how they have decreased the amount of bacon on t he sandwiches, however my complaint is how they always, and I mean always, screw up the orders. The food is great, but they always mess something up, it is very aggravating because ypu never know what your going to get. The only time it was correct was when I made them show me the sandwiches before they wrapped them.

since we had been owners of our own Deli’s my husband and I are very critical when it comes to food establishments and more so .the service they provide .The Bagel Factory is a clean store with a good selection of home made salads and Boars Head meats, the staff is professional and the bagels are probably the best we have ever tasted !.. I have heard. customers come form as far as Amityville passing at least three other stores to get to this one… well worth the ride :)

Moved near here recently. My new favorite place for bagels, veggie cream cheese and even the occasional order of lox! Best of all, awesome bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwhich. I don’t mind paying good money for a decent sandwhich these days but most deli’s charge top dollar for 1 egg and a slice of bacon. Here, you get what you paid for, bacon piled high, 2 eggs, cheese oozing out of every opening, coffee, and oj! Keep up the good work!

4 bagels with cream cheese and 3 drinks cost me $ 23! This place used to be great. Now it’s over priced and nowhere near as good. Same order at another bagel place cost $ 18, that’s my new place to get bagels now.

At my place of business we often have many of these weekly pennysavers sitting around, or the like. Its not pennysaver but something similar. Bagel Factory takes out the front page advertisement every now and again, and while getting a soda I decided to look over it. What seemed like a great deal was amongst the other good offers. One pound of chicken salad(or egg or tuna) and three bagels for $ 5+ tax. That is like lunch for me for a week! So I take the 15 minute drive(one way) and walk into the nice clean business. Upon presenting my coupon, I was told there was no chicken salad left and barely enough tuna salad. Oh no — so I looked in the front case where they have premade things and noticed they had a few chicken salad containers and mentioned it. Honestly I can’t blame them, as I was in there about 45 minutes before closing time. The VERYNICE counter woman came around the counter, grabbed two ½ lb containers and asked which three bagels I would like(she even cut one in half for me) and rang me up for $ 5. The chicken salad was awesome, shredded chicken with just a touch of mayo and just a few flecks of celery. It was seasoned well with a touch of salt and pepper as well. I told her I would be back — which I will. The bagels(I got three plain) were very soft and very tasty. I had originally wanted egg bagels, but she told me they were a little Hard and she would prefer if I took something else. This is just awesome treatment at a bagel/luch place where at the end of a LONGSHIFT you can expect attitude and gruffness. Thanks Bagel Factory, I am telling everyone at the dealership about you!

My wife and I order breakfast from there on a regular basis. We’ve never had any issues. Bagels are fresh and the staff is polite. I was a little hesitant because of some negative reviews. I think it’s a great place. Theres always a lot of customers; which is always a good sign.

Just paid $ 9.50 for a bagel with lox cream cheese and a large coffee!!! Am I in Beverly Hills??? Place was disgustingly dirty as well. It was close to where I was going. I will never go here again. I will tell family and friends. A dirty ripoff! The one star should not even be there but I could not post without it. Bagel Boss number one in my book.

Not that this place needs a 5-star review — whenever you go on a weekend, the line is literally out the door(so be prepared to wait), which speaks for itself. Great bagels, best egg sandwiches around… they could get a better handle on crowd control and get better people behind the counter, but I can’t even take off points for that, because their egg everything w/bacon, egg, & cheese is the best I’ve ever had, & I’ve tried plenty of other places.

Place is filthy! Staff is incompetent, owners always arguing in front of clients making it very uncomfortable and staff hitting on clients makes it all that much worse.
