Boston Store

The sales person at Milwaukee Boston Store called West Bend to secure a blouse for me. No one answered the phone. After 20 minutes we gave up. I asked for the number in West Bend and once again no one would pick up the call. I called women’s and also jr’s. i’m needing a blouse Vintage America Style #60 386 539 – 276 not in size small but in size medium. Can someone help me? It needs to be sent to my home in Muskego.

The cosmetics dept has always been rude in this store and I really don’t know why people would go there anyways for nobody is a licensed cosmetologist. It’s basically somebody off the street doing your makeup. Anyways, they have a new store manager. The man that used to be the store manager has apparently left… this is what I was told by a clerk (he was always very nice and helpful) and there is a new lady and she is incredibly rude to not only customers but her staff as well. I don’t know why anybody would want to work there for whenever I am in shopping, clerks are either getting yelled at by their supervisors (they are so mean and rude… feel bad for these girls) or the store manager. The store is clean, but lacks variety. Very little COACH purses.

I don’t know why I’m here a second time, this location is horrible! Well, truthfully I was looking to buy a new fossil purse. I was initially upset by their low selection the other day when I stopped in for the first time. I have since gone to other Boston Stores and found even less fossil purses in their handbag departments so I returned to see what they had once again. Since I was here last week, the fossil handbags are severely picked over. All of the other purses are not much to look at either.
I decided to try to make the best of the shopping experience and browse some of the other departments. First of all, I have to say that the layout makes it very confusing and there’s no real purpose behind where certain departments seem to be laid out verses others. Juniors department seems to be part of housewares.
I know that Boston store can be a little bit more pricey than other similar chains, but the prices here are unbelievable! Even their sales are much more expensive than competitors. The 1 possible good find that I may have found, I decided to put back on the rack because I’m one of those people who can’t go to check out with just one item. I would rather not purchase anything then go to the register with one item. It’s silly I know. This item was a pair of yoga pants for $ 9.99. I talked myself out of it and decided I just didn’t need it. I also looked at fleece jackets that I could wear to work because sometimes you can pull them off so they look a little bit dressy. Their zip up fleece jackets started at $ 24.99. Maybe I just shop at Target too much, but I decided to pass.
Not only was all of that mildly unpleasant but on my way out I caught what appeared to be a manager screaming at one of the other workers about the placement of a sweater dress next to other evening dresses. She was so loud I could hear it from another part of the store and she continued even as I walked by. You think they would stop in front of customers at least!
Very unimpressed.
