The ladies back by Dr. Tamez’s desk are completely rude! I came to pick up a med waiting for me at the desk, and was on the phone with the Doctor, waiting for test results. I’m standing there, no one ahead of me, and both ladies look at me, then start whispering to each other. I stand there a little longer, and they CLEARLY see me, as they keep looking. I realize it’s probably because I have my phone in hand. I tell the nurse on the phone to hold one second, put my phone down, then the lay calls me. She says «I’m sorry, I thought you were on your phone». I said, «I was!». How rude! If you aren’t going to call people because they’re in their phone, in my case, an important call with a nurse, they say something! She could’ve said, «ma’am, as soon as you’re off I can help you». Something! Instead of ignoring me!
