Maricio’s in Barton

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Made even better by an amazing staff and owners. You can not go wrong by going to Maricios.

Great pizza and friendly service. Sat at the bar and waited for the pizza to be ready. Will definitely be back.

I liked it when they where Tomasos or whatever and still think they have good pizza. Not the best, certainly not the worst. They have goofy way to order and pick up though. They bring something’s but not everything. You order from the bar? Then they ask you for refills. Seems kinda ass backwards. Not sure if we should tip or not? We always do but I think 20% is to much if they aren’t really waitresses.

The second worst pizza I’ve ever had. This deep dish is just a thin crust with a high crust.

I generally do not post review and especially poor reviews but my recent visit to Maricio’s carry out warrants a review to be noted. In the past I had always had good experience’s with the quality of food and friendly customer service but this time must have been an anomaly.
I ordered 2 pizza’s for carry out, when I picked up my order I waited at least 15 minutes before anyone helped me. Once returning home, I realized the pizza’s were made with little to no cheese — who makes a pizza with no cheese? Additionally both orders were cold and uncooked. When I called back the person that I spoke to said that he personally made the pizza’s and would do nothing to correct the order and hung up on me, That’s right, he hung up on me. I was so taken back that I had to call back. I was amazed by the lack of common sense that this establishment displayed to correct a poor experience with one of its customers. You would think a business would want to make sure that its customers return satisfied.
One side note, I was told that the orders were definitely cooked, if anything a bit soggy since the pizza boxes were placed on top of their oven — guess it was my fault that they didn’t have better judgment as to where to place the completed orders before pickup.
Maricio’s in Barton, Wi. definitely gets a thumbs down in all areas of quality and customer service.

Great thin crust pizza with awesome cracker-​y crust. One of the better midwestern cut pizza’s I’ve had.

This proved to be a nice surprise. The pizza was very good, and we loved our waitress in «The Underground.» The Underground had windows to the outside, and it was very nicely decorated.
Overall we enjoyed this place and will come back lots of times.
Our only complaint was that the bill was impossible to understand. They should consider doing a much better job explaining the charges.

Reminds me of years long gone by, when going to a pizza place with family was an event. The smell of this place when you walk on brings back those memories. Great pizza, best I have had in a long time, in a great atmosphere with an extremely friendly staff.

Love the pizza here and have always had great service. Gave this place a 5 star the first time around, but changing rating now to a 4. We always order carryout, just easier with a 2 year old. This past carry out, we arrived to pick up our order only to find the ovens had lost power. The pizza was parbaked. I was a bit disappointed that no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. This place has always had a great reputation in my mind for customer service in the past, so I thought they would have lived up to expectations this time as well. The pizza still turned out great, but having to preheat the oven when we got home and still heat the pizza another 15 minutes was not acceptable for my 2 year old. Just thought a discount or coupon would have been a nice touch.

If your looking for some good Italian food or an excellent pizza in the West Bend area, look no further. Tomasos is great for dine in (seat yourself and order at the bar) or take out.
