I ordered some tires online and made an appointment to have those tires put on. When we arrive to drop the car off the person at the counter told us that those tires are no good and that they are slippery and we should not put them on our car. This having waited all week to have them installed because they needed to be ordered. We were slightly confused because what does that mean? Why would you sell tires that are no good why would you sell tires that are slippery. Nowhere in the product description for the tire on the website did it say that the tires were slippery in point of fact they said that they had excellent all-weather traction that is the reason that we ordered them as it is winter time in Wisconsin. If the tires are no good you should not sell them to anybody much less somebody who drives in snow. If the tires are no good I would have appreciated somebody from the store giving us a call or sending us an email telling us that the tires are no good and that we don’t have to bother coming in to the appointment. I do appreciate the kind of person telling my wife that the tires are no good and should be put on our car but I have to wonder why you sell them in the first place I have no choice but to give a negative review for number one selling poor quality tires and number 2 not letting us know that before we waited all week to have those put on.
