When I researched a good place to have my car’s transmission serviced, I looked for the best reviews on Unilocal.Already impressed with the positive feedback, I was more than convinced AC Transmissions would be the best place to have my car serviced. I met Anthony at AC Transmissions and discussed the service I needed done. He was very busy but assured me that if I left the car, he would be able to do the service.
About two hours later, I get a phone call: «You are not going to like what I am about to say» said the voice on the other end. I did not recognize the voice at first so I was not sure what to make of the call. What I was about to hear isn’t something you want to hear about your car being serviced. «The lift broke and your car fell off of the lift. Please come over here ASAP.»
My mind began to envision all sorts of damage. When I arrived, Anthony was apologetic, sympathetic and more than willing to make everything right. Although the damage was relatively minor, Anthony already made arrangements to have my car repaired and provide me with a loaner car. He went out of his way to make the problem right. Anthony was more than professional, extremely apologetic and exemplified professional ethics. I could not be more pleasantly surprised than the way he dealt with this situation.
I will return to AC Transmissions for future services!

Ac Transmission has 2 businesses, one is specifically a Transmission shop, while Precision Auto owned by Peter Seui operates next door, I took my car to get an oil change at Precision Auto and a few days later my anti-​freeze was leaking. This was the second time I had to get a major repair after going to this place. The first time I went for a tune-​up, I had to go back and get my transmission rebuilt a week later. This is one of the worst places I ever went to get repairs. I dumped thousands into a car that would have run forever. So disappointed, I would highly recommend doing research before taking your car here.
