Established in 1989.

Started in 1989 by Eric and his wife Barbara, we are one of the first companies to offer maintenance agreement plans in this region, because we don’t just want to install your equipment and never see you again, we want to build a relationship with our customers that lasts for years. Most of our customers have been with us for over 25 years and understand that a system needs proper maintenance to ensure it’ll last for years to come.

We continue this tradition of relationship building as our name gets passed down to children and grandchildren.

Eric has been doing HVAC for the last 35 Years. He is highly regarded as an expert in his field, and is invited regularly to speak for different organizations in the region about his experience and knowledge in the field. He has experience in all different applications of HVAC equipment ranging from Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Greenhouse applications. There is no challenge that he is not willing to meet when it comes to maintaining comfort of his customers.
