When I tell you I didn’t want closets, man I did not want them. But Amy Katzeff really made the whole process painless, cost effective and I have tons more room in my closets.
Our closets are amazing and I couldn’t have gone through the process with another company, after moving our family to our new house.

Professional, punctual, reasonably priced and courteous! Amy is a visionary with a tape measure and really is able to work with your space and get you utmost storage out of your closets and she is so lovely to work with, very real and down to earth as are both of the installers I had to my home. Would completely recommend! Can’t wait for the next project.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Our designer cancelled our first appointment at the last second, then after I received my design and had questions I was ignored for over two weeks despite multiple attempts to contact anyone at the company. The only number you can call (other than the non-​responsive designer) is the main number and the woman who answers the phone refused to put me in touch with anyone else even though I had a time sensitive question about the design. It’s crazy to me that they thought it was fine to ignore a customer for this long and not provide any helpful solutions. I’m so happy we took our business to a competitor, the results were amazing with Closet City!
Update to original review: The owner contacted me directly after reading this review to personally apologize for my experience. He seems committed to avoiding this same problem in the future. Hopefully they can figure out a better business model where customers can contact a manager or another designer with questions or even require employees to post an Out of Office message on email.

do not call this company if you expect superior customer service. they cancel appointments at the last minute, they show up late and they don’t return customer phone calls.
