I love this place! I have been stopping in for delicious little treats after my pedicures for a few years, but I only tried the cake just recently. They had a divine strawberry vanilla cake ready to go at the last minute. It was covered in white chocolate shavings (that everybody loved– especially the people who said they don’t like white chocolate).
I was actually very upset with Le Monde the next day because I couldn’t stop myself from eating about six slices of cake for lunch.
This is my new go-​to bakery!

I am very surprised that I am first to review this wonderful cake/​pastry shop. They have the lightest, airiest, heavenly, delectable delights. Their chiffon cake is always a hot at parties, there is never a crumb left. Their fruit cakes are also scrumptious. Their cakes are not too sweet, just sweet enough. And it is probably the only cake shop whose icing I actually lick clean off my plate! This place is definitely worth a visit and a taste!
