Our IP management and valuation consulting practice provides clients with the advice to develop a strategy, set objectives and allocate resources in order to create and enhance the value of intellectual property assets. We apply our IP management skills to deliver precision when we prepare and file applications for patents, trademarks and copyrights in the United States and worldwide. We form businesses and joint ventures, create governance documents and draft private offerings to raise capital. Our litigation practice consists of all patent, trademark and copyright matters in United States Federal Courts as well as administrative tribunals before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Business Owner
Mitchell Musial is a registered patent attorney, licensed to practice in the state of Michigan, admitted before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and in patent cases before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to founding Mitchell M Musial, PLLC, Mitchell Musial served as in-house counsel at Eaton Corporation where he was responsible for the management of intellectual property at Eaton’s research division, including clearance of Eaton’s hybrid transmission program. In his role as patent attorney at Energy Conversion Devices, Mitchell was part of a team that completed a joint venture with Baotou steel, a Chinese state owned corporation, to manufacture batteries in China. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Juris Doctorate, and a Master’s of Laws in Corporate and Finance Law. Mitchell Musial is a CFA Institute member.
