AT&T

Did not give us the right information to make a decision about our contract. Didn’t tell us about the hotspots on our phones, so we put them on the plan. Told us the $ 29.99 insurance would cover all four devices, come to find out weeks later only three were. One of our brand new iPads was not insured and we had no idea. We live in Florida, three weeks later called to see about taking the iPads off the contract as per corporate office’s intructions. Manager said he would call back Monday because he needed to talk to his supervisor (we called on a Saturday). Monday rolls around, he doesn’t call in the morning. That’s fine. I call the store, he is supposedly busy. That’s fine too, I just wanted to leave a different number to call me at. I ended up calling 6 times that day and never got passed on to a manager. In fact, the last 3 times I called, no answer. Today still no call. Will be taking my problem elsewhere and logging a complaint with corporate.

Went here today to get my new phone. Had the best experience ever by the nicest crew. Just helped me and answered anything every step of the way. Traded in my old phone and got my new HTC m9 on the next plan and was on my way, the entire process was less than an hour and mostly my fault because of all my questions and thinking. I got my last phone here at an at&t store down the road at the novi location and didn’t really like the pushy sales people and must buy this and cable and tablet and accessories and even after saying no a couple times they still tried well at this place theh only asked once and told me what was on special and didn’t keep bugging me after I kindly refused. Very cool will be back here again.

Dan was one of the most helpful guys I’ve dealt with. Smart, knowledgeable, patient, explained everything very well. I recommend him!

Really, please, don’t waste your time on this store. This is an ATT corporate store, but the staff is just simply rude. I live down the street and have bought a number of phones through them, but I’m done.

Came in the afternoon. Had to wait even though an employee sits behind counter doing nothing. Seems u have to see one of the only sales people even when u have an account and know what u want. Horrible service.

This store is staffed by a staff that put sales way ahead of truth, honesty & their customers. I’ve been there twice and both times was sold products without full disclosure on pricing.
First, I was sold a «land line» that is actually a cell phone. It costs $ 20 per month. I was told it cost less than adding a regular land line. Not true. A regular land line is no added charge on my Uverse service. Plus, they failed to tell me about the $ 130 set up fee. Money down the drain.
Second, I later went there to buy an iPhone 5. Not the new S. I asked for a 32 model. I was given a 16. I just discovered this today! I had my old phone for 2 years (dropped it) but was told I didn’t qualify for an upgrade. That wasn’t true either.
I was charged the SAME PRICE for the 5, model as for a new 5S. Again, I was TOLD I was being sold the model I expressly asked for. I wanted the same memory I already had.
Right now I’m boiling angry. What can I do but buy the phone I need and chuck this one? I’ve only owned it for 3 weeks and I’ve used up half the memory mostly on basic apps.
At least I can warn against shopping at this AT&T store. Again, they push sales, and show no care for their customers.

This is a corporately owned AT&T store.
I had a problem once and AT&T was like «Go see Calvin at the 14 & Haggerty store, he will be waiting for you.» Ever since then, I have really been impressed and return to Calvin whenever I have a question or need to make a purchase, plan adjustment, etc.
Customer service really impressed both at this location and by AT&T in general, ohh and Calvin too!
