After the sale of a successful previous business, Maro Flagg (known as JUNIOR to family and friends), rented a motor home to take his family on vacation. What developed from that adventure was an instant love affair for this type of recreation, and a desire to share the joy he had experienced with others. Junior established Flagg RV Center in 1981 to fulfill that dream of shared fun and adventure, with locations in West Boylston, MA and North Smithfield, RI. Junior Flagg approaches RV sales the same way today, saying that, «Selling recreational vehicles means selling recreation! I purchased our 5th trailer from Flagg last week. Rich in sales was very helpful and patient with us. Bridgette in finance was wonderful in finding us the best financing. We did have issues with our last trailer, but Mike the service manager was great. He always got back to us and worked with us to correct the issues. Hopefully this camper will not have as many issues, but if it does I am confident that we would be taken care of. I would recommend Flagg when purchasing your next trailer.

Like everyone else says once you sign the paperwork they could care less about you and any problem you may have, had them install the anti sway hitch the service tech was all pissy no one told him when I made sure they knew I wanted it installed it was a big surprise. Slide wouldn’t go in all the way service tech said you have to push it in manually I have not one good thing to say about this family run business. They will do nothing for you on warranty items and will just pass it on to the manufacturer bought a Dutchman or aspen trail had water leaks in the walls due to Dutchman not putting any caulking on the seams where you can see they actually caulked next to the seam and just missed it not sure if whoever applied it was drunk or just stupid. Called Dutchman they will tell you after one year mind you they won’t cover there completely obvious mistakes they will tell you to inspect the sealant seams every six months and even if you provide pictures of the poor workmanship one year after you purchase their camper to bad. Flagg will do nothing for you period except sell you a camper if you want service they treat you like your a bother to them never seen a bigger cluster F than this place. And the extended warranty only covers appliances you can replace all the appliances three times for the price of this bogus warranty. We have taken our business to Camper’s inn way better service not looking for someone to kiss my but just want service when I pay for it not complaints and attitude.

We bought a 2014 Cedar Creek fifth wheel two years ago this November. The sales part of this business couldn’t have been nicer. I’m sure it was due to the fact we were buying a $ 70,000 rig.
We needed to buy a fifth wheel for the truck bed so Flagg placed the order and tried to install it. After drilling two holes Im our brand new 2014 Ram Truck bed they realized it was the wrong one since it didn’t fit. We ended up looking for one ourselves and had it installed elsewhere. We were never given any compensation for their mistake.
We finally took delivery and about 6 month into living in our rig we realized the leather color was coming off the couch. Made several calls to Mike in sales and the owner Mike Flagg they couldn’t care less about what my problem was.
The one positive thing I can say is the actual workers in service like Josh and Mike (not Mike the service manager) were awesome.
Bottom line I would NEVER buy another RV at this place and since I am a full time Rv’r I would discourage anyone else to buy there as well.

I have been dealing with Flagg RV for 5 years, since 2011. They have been more and more difficult to deal with. They are very attentive when you are looking to buy, but as soon as you sign your paperwork… the ink isn’t even dry and there true colors come out.
Today we waited all day for a service attendant that never came. After three phone calls to the office, a conversation with customer service, (who said she would call back but never did) then a call to the Owner… thats right the owner, who informed us that Customer Service had left, then said the service manager would contact us… That never happened, only to find out that by 7pm they had left our camp ground an hour and a half earlier.
This is the 2nd scheduled appointment, as they cancelled the first one.
And on top of that they have a Service Deposit which we have all ready paid, but have gotten nothing but aggravation, and lies in return.
I would be very wary about buying a trailer for this establishment.
And I would give them ZERO Stars, but you have to give them one to post…

Found our dream camping trailer at FLAGG RV. After they installed the hitch, sway bar and leveling systems, nobody even bothered to show us how it worked! (We were inside signing the purchase papers) Found out later they all went home early!
We then contacted them about some, clearly warranty related, issues after we got it home. I rate FLAGG RV as poor in their lack of concern for getting our issues resolved. The service manager was just plain mean and he lied to us 3 times! He even tried to get us to pay for the warranty services! We ended up calling the manufacturer who put us in touch with a different dealer to get our service completed.
