We offer group and Personal Training, for Adults and Children in Karate, JuJitsu & Aerobic (fitness) Kickboxing. The system is a great way to increase confidence, self-​esteem, and physical fitness while having fun. Classes are divided by age 4 – 7, 8 – 12, teens, and adults. We teach a vast array of techniques, including punches, kicks, open-​handed strikes, restraints, throws, grappling, and locks. Karate & Jujitsu training emphasis is on self defense and self development. Our focus is on non-​aggression, and defense. The techniques are both practical and easy to learn. Our schedule can accommodate even the busiest of schedules, with all groups meeting every weekday and on Saturdays. The program is flexible, and allows students to attend classes whenever they would like. Our facility is clean, modern, safe, and fully accessible. We are a Heart Safe Facility with all staff trained in CPR and AED.

In the children’s programs are grouped by age, size, maturity and belt colors. Students develop at their own pace. Personal Development, Fun, Self Defense are taught in a safe and exciting manner. The child learns to be a success by their own work. We are always here to help parents and students to reach their full potential. Success must earned It can’t be given. History

Established in 1986.

We teach Group and private lessons in karate, jujitsu and aerobic kickboxing to all ages from 4 – 84 yrs. Men, women, boys and girls enjoy our safe and friendly atmosphere where all are welcome to share in the martial arts. We are family orientated with a substantial 20% discount for family members. Classes are kept small with many options to choose from. We offer a unique program for children & teens with Autism, ADD and ADHD which includes martial arts, developmental exercises, Brain Gym, social interaction and much more.

Instructors help students earn their success while students gain the pride in their accomplishments. Our anti-​bulling and character development program helps our younger students nurture the whole person in life skills such as courage, respect, perseverance and humility while learning self-​defense skills. This program helps children be themselves and not cave under peer pressure.

Master Alty has almost 40 years experience in the Martial Arts. New Horizon Karate has been teaching Karate, JuJitsu and Aerobic Kickboxing full time in West Boylston since 1986 when Master Alty first opened the school.

Master Alty teaches every day and has a large staff to assist. He has created a program to teach children with Autism, ADD, & ADHD and has extensive experience teaching student with physical challenges.
