Never heard back. We were able to reach these folks by phone once or twice and described our issue. They said they were busy at the time and I told them I was quite patient and could wait, which was in fact true… They reportedly investigated but never got back with us with any kind of quote or suggestions (a «yes» or «no» that they could or couldn’t fix our problem or what it might cost). We didn’t think our request was all that complicated so we didn’t quite understand the no talky talky. It’s entirely possible they may not be in business anymore… Wish I could give a N/​A review instead of a star-​rating but it is what it is…

My automatic garage door springs broke on one of the coldest days of the year and my car was stuck in the garage. While other companies were charging double to come out the same day, Advanced Door Systems charged their normal fee and was at my house within a few hours! Rates are reasonable and the service was fantastic! When adding a new door or servicing an old one, don’t forget about the little businesses that still believe in customer service like this one!
