HPATC is the area’s premier athlete training facility, with world-class equipment, expert coaching staff and dedicated programs exclusively for athlete development. HPATC is not just a gym where you come to work out; HPATC is a self-improvement facility used by all different ages, skill levels, interests, needs and knowledge of fitness.
Our overall goal is to improve quality of life by using our knowledge to tailor-make a program that will help the individual reach theirs. As coaches we preach trying to find joy what you do every day. We value our friendly, encouraging and positive atmosphere here at HPATC and always strive to see athletes feel better after a session than they did beforehand.
History
Established in 2011.
Established in July of 2011, we recognized the need in Chester and Delaware Counties for properly training athletes that want to achieve their sport specific goals. More importantly, we wanted to make a difference in this community by training anyone and everyone the right way in order to efficiently reach their goals while having fun doing it.
Our competitively selected staff is comprised of a highly educated and knowledgeable exercise scientists, strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers and motivators to help clients accomplish their goals. All our coaches have degrees in sports related fields; possess nationally recognized certifications in strength and conditioning, Olympic power training and more; the staff at HPATC has a total of 55 years of experience. We are a team that together train young aspiring athletes to professional athletes, corporate employees, boot camps of all ages and any person or group of people that are interested in reaching a goal.
Meet the Manager
Kimberly L.
Manager
Kim has over 10 years of experience in the field of Strength & Conditioning, working with a variety of athletes from ages 8 – 40. She graduated from West Chester University in 2003 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Kim is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. In addition to training athletes on athletic development, Kim also serves as Henderson High School’s Assistant Swim Coach for both the Men’s & Women’s. Kim was inspired to help athletes reach their potential after receiving her internship from Drexel University where she helped train all varsity sports in Strength & Conditioning and athletic improvement.
Kim was a member of the WCU Varsity Swim Team where she was a 3 time NCAA All-American, 9 Time NCAA All-American– Honorable Mention, 4 Year PSAC All-Conference, 3 Time PSAC State Champion. She currently competes nationally in Olympic Weightlifting for East Coast Gold Club and participated in the 2014 National Championships and the 2014 American Open for 69kg.
