Infiniti of West Chester

Had all 4 tires replaced recently with a realignment. Four months later, both back tires were bare, despite not having hit any curbs or done anything that would have caused a malalignment. Dealership kept car for 5 days and said they were not sure what had happened. Told us that the both bushings were blown but said that they had been securely tightly. Replaced tires (as under warranty) but charged us for a realignment. You draw your own conclusions on what really happened and whether this is a place you want your car serviced. Having new tires go bare after 4 months and a realignment without a major intervening event is somewhat unusual, in my opinion. Anyone think otherwise?

Ok, so we bought an Infiniti QX56 almost three years ago. The purchase of the car was painless and I love the vehicle. We upgraded from a Nissan and have not regretted our decision.
With that said, the service department at Infiniti of West Chester is AWFUL!!! Do NOT leave a message. They WILL NOT call you back. And their service department is always «busy» and can’t answer the phone. It has taken multiple calls to schedule an appointment.
This summer, my steering wheel was squeaky… yes, ironically, a squeaky wheel. After three trips to have it fixed, it still squeaks. After I received my car back from service the last time, the air conditioning no longer worked. Fantastic. So, I STILL have a squeaky wheel, and I have to go BACK to service and fix the air conditioning, and of course– when I called, NO ONE answered and NO ONE returned my message.
This is the level of service you would expect for a jalopy… not a luxury vehicle! Get it together Infiniti of WC!!!

It’s obnoxious and rude of you to force me to type in my email address not once but twice just to opt out from getting e-​blasts from you.
Your webmaster knows perfectly well what my email address is. Most decent companies when I opt out simply ask me to check a box and click to confirm I no longer wish to receive stuff from them. Simple. Clean. Non-​judgmental.
But Infiniti of WC punishes me for opting out by forcing me to waste time by reentering, twice!, info you ALREADY HAVE.
I cant wait to bad mouth your company to anyone and everyone I talk to.

Great dealership. Sales and service are efficient and respect your time. Fantastic cars with very little maintenance. Unfortunately, the reviews on here do not reflect. At the end of the day, the dealership is a business, a great one at that.

First of all, I do not understand why the four «recommended» reviews are all one star, but 11 reviews, all 4 – 5 stars, are «not recommended.»
I bought my G37 convertible three years ago. (I converted from Audi and will never go back!) The salesperson, Jake, was upfront about everything, and I got a great deal. The service department has been great, even when I show up with no appointment. I’ve used the roadside service twice with no problem. In fact, every experience I have had with this dealership has been positive and satisfying. I recommend the dealership, and Infiniti of course, whenever the opportunity arises. Will definitely go back for my next car.

I looks like everyone else has had difficult experiences at West Chester Infiniti. That has not been my experience. The sales side is like any other car dealership. For me, and the part that has be coming back, is my experience with the service department. They are efficient, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure my car is done promptly and efficiently.
I recommend them to anyone.

I thought that purchasing a $ 60K+ car from this dealer would warrant decent service. Not the case… These guys are very incompetent and very unresponsive in all matters. From the basics of registering the car was a very arduous task in which I had to follow up in every regards even though I had paid them to do this and you would think that they sell cars, they should know how to register a car for you.
Anyhow, the worse is not getting any callbacks or responses. Any messages you leave are worthless as they will NEVER return any of your calls. You have to call a hundred times in hopes of catching them just once.
It’s been 5 weeks and still battling registration issues… something that should have been completed within 30 days by law! Ugghhh…

Started off waiting for asst service manager only to find him yapping to the receptionist. Get out and have them call me saying I need new rear brakes. Last time it was front brakes, I replaced them but they still were good. I go to pick it up and they tell me it’s not ready. 40 minutes later I finally get it. You get a free wash and carpet vacuum but not me. As they were already making me wait through my lunch break. I have yet to have a good experience at West Chester Infiniti

unbelievably bad service. took 3+ hrs to do oilchange even after getting appt. very rude acct managers. would never go there again.
