Business Owner

Penelope A. Boyd has been practicing law for over thirty years, in disability and education law. She later added family law to the practice, representing victims of domestic violence and abuse in Chester County for the past ten years.

Penelope has had many wonderful opportunities in her career and has been able to represent clients in Pennsylvania state courts and in all levels of the federal court system. She enjoys her clients, and most of all, hearing about their children.

When not practicing law, Penelope will be found glued to the nearest Phillies game, regardless of the season they are having. She believes it develops character.
