Pablo was great. He attempted to jump my car before we decided it needed to be towed. He was arrived promptly, was very helpfulI, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend West End, especially Pablo! Thanks again!

The worst kind of predatory towing lowlife scum. They target out of town cars and then hold you hostage. Clearly in cahoots with local business to lure you into unmarked parking right next to public parking — with only an obscure sign 20 feet up the pole — then tow your vehicle as quickly as possible. Obviously they are not concerned about anything but ripping people off. West Chester’s reputation suffers because of these dirtbags.

I actually feel bad for the woman who answers the phones. She is the rudest inconsiderate person who enjoys making people miserable. I understand she has a business to run, but her attitude and the way she speaks to people is completely disrespectful. I didn’t mind paying the fine when my car was towed because I was obviously in the wrong not her. She will get her karma one day.

This company is the worst! I went to West Chester and parked in a parking lot outside where the old rite aid used to be. At night you cannot see the no parking signs or the numbers on the parking spaces since they are all wiped off. My husband and I went to dinner at TECA, came out and our car was towed! Called the number on the sign that was soooo tiny I could hardly see it, and they said they would meet me at their shop and I could get my car on Sat night. Got there 45 minutes later after my son had to drive from Chester Springs to pick us up and they said driver left and I had to come back the next day. They basically stranded us at their building. It cost me $ 175 to get my car back! They are working this with the owner of the old rite aid building. This is a total scam, and the owner of the building is in cahoots with West End since they were circling the block to see if cars were parked there.. They were towing people all night. Went into the winery on the corner and was told by the employees that they had been doing this all weekend.

I’m been waiting twenty minutes outside their office waiting for someone to show up so I can get my car back. I keep calling their number and a lady keeps saying «give it ten minutes.» Terrible way to run a business.

This place will tow your car at after 5pm even though they close at 5pm, Making you wait til 9am to retrieve it. I’m not used to these little town hillbilly companies, that rip people off so blatantly. What towing company closes at 5pm but will tow your car at 5:01 to get the overnight charge? This one!!! The city of West Chester needs a more reliable company to use for towing cars. Maybe one that has reasonable hours. I will be attending the city council meetings and writing all members of the board to make sure that something changes. I will continue to write and attend these meetings until something changes. As a business owner in town I find this company to be a joke. It effects clients perception of the town when we work with jokers like this company.

Do not ever do business with these guys! I went to Westchester and parked in a parking lot outside where the old rite aid used to be. I was there for one hour, when I came out my car was towed! It cost me $ 175 and I could not get my car that night they made me come back the next morning! They are working this with the owner of the old rite aid building. They know that many people park there because the signs are not clear at night. They were towing people all night. Some nice locals were trying to warn people but they can’t warn everyone. These guys are dirtbags.
