Zenith specializes in all inclusive managed services which provides 24÷7÷365 service to their technology. We also implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions, IT Consulting, server maintenance and repairs, mobile device management, wireless troubleshooting, among many other things technology related.

History

Established in 2006.

We got our start assisting small businesses with setting up their technology infrastructure and helping maintain/​fix issues that arose. We transitioned into a more proactive care approach where we are able to get alerts from devices when something isn’t working the way it should. We are then able to repair the issue before it becomes a bigger problem.

Business Owner

Anthony got his start by moving out to St Louis for work as technical help desk for a large 15 branch enterprise while attending college. After graduating college with a Bachelors of Computer Science and Network Administration he transitioned within the company to a NOC (network operations center) which provided support for all Dollar General, KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and many other franchises networked devices and computer systems. Moving back to Cincinnati, Anthony began work as a IT Consultant for a small but quickly expanding MSP (managed service provider). After a few years, Anthony took the role as Systems Administrator at a multi branch nonprofit intensive healthcare facility.
