NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! Came to this so called tireshop to get some tires mounted. When I called they told me there’s availability and they can take me in right away. Got to the shop and they started working on my truck. Took the kids about 30 minutes to figure out how to take off the hub caps. Finally he got the wheel off the truck and started removing the tire. It took over an HOUR AND A HALF!!! for him to remove ONE tire. At this point I was getting upset and when they finished the 2 rears 3 HOURS LATER, they ended up scratching one rim. I went to the manager and showed him the wheel. At first he tried to deny it and then told me he would finish the mounting for free. I said there’s no way you are touching my other 2 wheels and he ended up paying for the wheel they scratched. Overall wasted all my time and messed up my wheel and I still has to go to discount tire to finish it. And you call yourself a tire shop?

Bad customer service by the worker there whose name is Carlos. First, he didn’t want to honor a price that his cobworker had originally given me. Second, After waiting for an hour and a half to get my tire fixed he told me that the parts that where delivered by the auto parts store where not the right ones. I was very understanding because it was not his fault but he didn’t even apologize for my long wait. He mentioned that He was going to order them the following day and to come back to get my tire fixed. Third, the time came and he didn’t even order them until I was there. Fourth, He later mentioned to me that the tire needed other parts and that it was going to cost me way more. I got so mad at this place and will not go back because of Carlos.

So I came here for a small leak in my tire they pointed out it was not repairable but I got to say straight up people didn’t feel lied to at all hard to find that I a mechanic
