On some nights bands perform live music and other nights DJ’s spin a variety of Top 40, Dance, and Hip-​Hop for you to shake your booty to. It’s nice to see that they switch up the format to cater to different crowds, but I’m not sure how they set bands up in this venue since I’ve only been there when DJ’s are spinnin.
Fontana Blu is a bar & grill, but I’ve only been there at night when it’s all about DJ’s, dancing, drinking, drinking, and more drinking, so, I wouldn’t know what to recommend as far as food goes. If you do make new friends at Fontana Blu, make sure one of them is Paul, the owner, and see what he recommends.
No cover, plenty of FREE street parking, and daily drink specials means you can have good times at a good price, but it’s not good enough to get 4 stars. I’d give it a 4th star, but they close at 2am. I’m a member of #TeamInsomnia and a 2am closing time is way too early for me, especially since there are no 5am spots nearby.
