To ensure availability and timely delivery, we request that you place your order at least 24 Hours prior to event We will always confirm orders left on voice mail, faxed, or emailed. If you did not receive a confirmation, We did not receive your order, Cancellation fees will apply to all orders cancelled with less than 24 hr notice
