History

Established in 1998.

Precision Fire Solutions, LLC started as a small division of a local Commercial Electrical Contractor. Labrador Electric Services, Inc. was opened in February of 1998. In 2000 Labrador ESI started a fire alarm division for the sole purpose of installing fire alarm, access control, and security systems for Grinnell Fire Protection. In 2001, Labrador ESI added ArmorGroup Integrated Systems to the list of manufacturers they were already installing systems for. In 2003 Labrador ESI added designing, selling and installing Fire-​Lite Alarm systems to their offerings. In March of 2006 the division had grown to generating over 40% of the total gross sales so it was time for it to strike out as its own company and Precision Fire Solutions, LLC was started. The very next month Precision Fire Solutions, LLC signed a contract with Gamewell FCI to be one of ten South Carolina distributers.
