History

Established in 2009.

Total Strength and Speed was born in April 2009. Its parent company, Williams Strength, was celebrating its 15-​year anniversary, and it was time to expand. Williams Strength is a leading manufacturer of high quality weight training equipment, and in order to help brand the name and grow the company, a retail division needed to be formed to separate the marketing and sales operations. We wanted to offer much more than just great weight equipment, as strength and conditioning training has evolved into a multi-​faceted approach, making many products from several companies necessary to train properly.
