These are all companies that link to Scott A., the owner, and clearly as you see, enough bad reviews and he opens up another company. Being in a service oriented business, it is sad to say but Customer Service clearly does not come first. Prompt responses occur «BEFORE» you sign a contract. Afterward good luck!!!
Scott A., owner, is very outgoing and personable guy. He is a GREAT salesperson and will make it seem like he is on your side before and after your event. Even playing the «so sorry the credit is taking long» we can mail out a check. Making it seem like he is doing everything when in reality he is buying time so people give up with getting a credit. (See other reviews) It is about paying for what we purchased, not something we DID NOT receive.
1. Contract States you have 72 hours to cancel, change order, etc. Will change the contract date then what was originally signed and further, avoid ALL calls.
2. Deliver a day early «since in your area» — SEE OTHER REVIEWS
3. When try contacting for change, no response. Even Scott’s own employees could not get a hold of him. If he does not respond to employees, clearly why would he care about his customers.
4. Review Packing Slip. Clearly when purchasing Tents, he will add on pieces that do not come. Even the delivery person indicated you do not need all support pieces. State they will bring it next day and of course they never return. So MAKE SURE TO DOCUMENT EACH AND EVERY PIECE YOU RECEIVE.
5. Website says free delivery in same city, he will sneak in a delivery charge — See other reviews.
6. Credit Card Company they use take 2 weeks to issue a credit (yet only 1 day to charge)
7. Credit Card Company sometimes «forgets» to issue a credit
8. Telling someone you will «be in the area and will drop off check» 2X and not delivering.
9. Saying you mailed out a check on Monday and emailing your customer following week that check was mailed out on Friday
10. Stating a customer has to wait due to: your kids being sick, you being sick, needing to confirm what your employee signed. (Make sure you not only check packing slip, but have employee who delivered sign what «WAS and WAS NOT» delivered, I did :)
11. U. S Mail takes 7 days to mail a check, (in same city)
12. U. S Mail takes 7 days to return a check mailed to wrong address
13. Contract, Invoice, Packing Slip, and Delivery were to correct address yet check mailed to a different address (even asked to confirm address the minute he sent check!)
14. Coming up with a random number for a credit, when employee clearly signed something. Can fax it to him or email him and he will not even look at it.
15. We are now going on 2 months and ½ of him indicating «the check is in the mail, or it got lost in the mail. Unfortunately other customers have waited longer :(
Based on other reviews and above you can clearly see they are all lies. It is sad to say, but this is a company that has been around for 3 generations, and will never last. Changing company names, phone numbers, lying to clients, not issuing ANY credits, in a service industry is bound for failure.
P.S — Not responding to a client and threatening to have me talk to your attorney, means you are dancing away from the facts. A man of his words will honor a credit if he states he will give one. An attorney can bail you out temporarily, but in the long run you are the one that must accept that your family business failed.

So I would not use them. Even tho their prices are lower it is not worth the worry and headache. Almost no communication. They don’t answer the phone and it takes about 3 days to a WEEK, usually a week to get back to you even if you are trying to put down a deposit. The female receptionist doesn’t really know too much about what’s going on and needs to check with Scott, who is nearly impossible to reach. The two of the linens had holes in them. One heater wasn’t delivered and the one that was the tank, which you have to pay for only lasted 2 ½ hours before it burned out. We also ordered two really nice chairs and they sent a lower quality. All of this with no explanation and we tried calling them multiple times to figure it out, they never got back to us.
I would not use them. Trust me you can find someone else. They are also the same as Industry Party Rental.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. I rented tables and linens from this company. First, it took them 2 days to get back to me and when I was finally quoted, their prices were higher than I’ve seen. I bought a deal with them through Living Social so I had to use them. When I called back to confirm my order, the girl answering the phone (Liz is her name, I think) she was not very accommodating and it seemed like she was just trying to get me off of the phone. I confirmed my order and they said they would deliver it on Saturday (the day of my event)
The next day, I get a call from them (this is Friday) saying that they were in the area so they were going to drop the tables off. I guess it was more convenient for them to drop them off when they wanted instead of when we wanted. When I went to look for them when I got home (Saturday morning) they weren’t there. When I tried to call them, they didn’t answer and no one called me back. So, I had to scramble around to find tables last minute because of their poor communication and business skills.
I would never use them again and I don’t think you should either. You’ll just be disappointed.

Poor communication. The product are decent prices but I don’t know if it is worth the hassel of dealing with them. I rented and send all my invoice via email. Had them confirm all my supplies that I was renting. Had to follow up 4 times to have them confirm everything. I rented 3 heat lamps and 2 couches. The day of my party they came with only 1 heat lamp and said they ran out. My party was an outdoor party in December so heat lamps were NEEDED. I find it rude that they did not tell me ahead of time and pretty much felt like it was a here take it or leave it sort of deal. That isn’t the worst part; the propane tank was EMPTY! How do you give a heater lamp with an empty tank??? Horrible next time I am going to another company and spend that extra $ 15 for a full tank.
