I went in on Friday afternoon to order a cake for my mom’s birthday celebration (for Saturday afternoon). The lady whom helped me was helpful AFTER I made an extra effort to be nice to her. She is an older lady … maybe she doesn’t care to be there anymore. :(
On Saturday, my husband and I picked up our cake and we enjoyed with family members and our b-​day girl. I ordered a white cake with bavarian cream. It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. I would probably go back to this place again.

I’ve never bought a custom cake before so I didn’t know exactly what to expect as far as pricing. The cake I ordered came out ok. The cake itself tastes ok too. I Paid $ 120 for just an ok cake. The lady was sweet no problem there. I’m just regretting paying that much for a small cake.

Cake Created with Love is on my list for all my future events … I ordered this cake for my daughter Baby Shower. theme Baby Noah’s Ark. I was very pleased with the decorations exactly the same of what I asked, yellow cake and banana cream filling … delicious !! The owner Mrs Donna, running her business for thirty years was the nicest lady and I wish her more year to come.

I am around the corner from this bakery and have been coming here after someone referred me 7 years ago! We use them for every party we have! and even for my girls birthdays when we don’t have a party, I get them a custom cake because they are so tasty! The owner is straight to the point and very accommodating. Any theme you can think of, they will do. We usually get the marble with buttercream frosting and vanilla Bavarian cream. A cousin of mine drove from LA to pick up a slice over the weekend. Print out a photo of the cake and take cash and you are good to go!

Tried calling several times with no answer. I even sent an email with no reply back. Lost another customer. Need a birthday cake. Even though the pictures look great. I will never know how good this business is since they’re customer device is lacking due to just trying to get ahold of someone

Poor contact! Customer service is everything when running any business. Although I was fond of the quality of Cakes Created with Love I’m very disappointed with customer service. I pre ordered my best friends birthday cake for a surprise party tomorrow and the shop never called me to remind me to pick up and because they are closed Sunday I will not have a cake tomorrow. Cakes Created with Love has a huge lack of communication and the shop hours just don’t meet customer convenience at all. I am very disappointed! Why don’t you have a contact listed for customers? There is no other bakery that compare to this one. I have been a customer for more years than I care to admit. I return because the quality and taste of Donna and Bob’s cakes are beyond comparison. Any cake you want, design, and on time is guaranteed! Everyone of my guests compliment me on their cakes! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a delicious and beautifully decorated cake. And the price reflects the quality! Well within my budget. Courteous service is free! Enjoy!

Our wedding cake was delicious thanks to Dawna and her staff everyone loved our cake. Will definitely be back for more in the future!

I placed a last minute detailed order and they were able to meet all my requests in a timely manner. The owner was patient and very welcoming. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I finally found a fantastic bakery. I will order my cakes from them for now on.

My baby shower cake was pretty AND tasty! Pink ombré rosette vanilla cake. The shower was outdoors and warm but the cake held up. Highly recommend

I would never order a cake from this bakery again. The cake was a truly disappointment and extremely overpriced. I wish I would have done more research before going forward with this bakery.

I read all the positive reviews prior to ordering from this place, and sort of ignore the negative review since all recent ones at this site has been positive. However, the result was extremely disappointing.
The person who is taking the order is extremely rude and uncaring, which I ignored other Unilocalers since our vendor of first choice was not available. I figured, why not give them a try since the picture looked very good on their website.
I was specifically looking for a baker that can make fondant decorations, and based on the pictures and my conversation with the store, it seemed possible and promising that they can make this happen. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing.
I have read over 90+ reviews and seldom rate a 1 star on any vendor; but given the fact that a cake is usually (if not always) the focus of a party, customers should be aware of this place. The picture look amazing, but the end product is extremely disappointing.
I had send a picture to the store, given the promise that the main décor will be made of fondant and will look very similar to the picture. The main décor was VERY rough, not detail oriented, and the worse part? Only the wheels of the car was made out of fondant and the rest of it was not. I don’t know if the purpose was to «cut cost,» «laziness,» or lack of skills to delivery the promise.
Overall, a very disappointing occasion where I had to find alternative resolutions. The old saying of «you get what you paid for» certainly doesn’t apply here. Because they charge you a «high end» price but delivers a «low end» product. There was a reason why I went out of the way and search for a specific baker; and this time, only for an extremely sad result.

This place has done B-​Day cakes for my kids for a few years now. You will not get a better looking or tasting cake anywhere. Everyone always wants to know where I get the cakes at.

Pretty bad experience here. The lady that helped us was rude and seemed like she had no interest in helping us create our anniversary wedding cake. I will not come back here.

Tried this bakery for my sons birthday. They were nice enough to take my order Friday for Saturday! The cake was sooo good. Chocolate cake with Bavarian cream filing. She did a great minecraft design too. Thank you!

I love ordering me cakes from here! Not only are they pretty they are actually delicious!!! They are moist never dry! I have bought two cakes from here one for a birthday party «hello kitty» everyone loved it. The second cake was for my nieces’ 1^st bday «Mimi mouse» it was a Hit! Will definitely get my cakes from in the future.

We ordered a 2 tier chocolate cake. Everyone in the party asking me where did we order the cake.
Their cake is not that sweet but delicious and moist. They use a buttercream icing. And chocolate filling inside.
Definitely will order here next time and will recommend to others.

I’m partial to this place because my mom & the owner have known each other for 60+ years, BUT I will say that their cakes are AWESOME! Totally worth the prices. You get what you pay for and that you get here is quality, taste and service.
Donna will help you with whatever it is that you want. Her list of cakes and fillings is extensive and they are all amazing.
Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed.
