Cali Noodles & Grill is a restaurant concept created through the passion and love for culinary excellence by two healthcare professionals who loves to enjoy fresh healthy and flavorful Asian cuisines. Marc and Tam’s vision was for a restaurant that serves quality home cooking using fresh and locally sourced high quality ingredients to create the best dishes for their family and your family to enjoy. They strive to treat their employees and guests like family.
Being healthcare professionals who care about what they put into their bodies, Marc and Tam were frustrated by the lack of freshness, quality and flavor of the typical Vietnamese restaurants. They decided to open a fast-casual restaurant concept that serves healthy, fresh and flavorful Southeast Asian cuisines to mainstream America, with an emphasis on flavors of Vietnam. They use the freshest and best ingredients available to make their dishes stand out and memorable.
