Thank you for taking an interest in our school. We are a local martial arts school and are proud to serve West Covina and the surrounding community with quality martial arts and fitness instruction. We offer three programs: Karate, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), & MAX-​FIT.

We specialize in martial arts training. Our Karate program is rooted in Sport/​American Karate, weaponry, and Shotokan, but students will also be exposed to aspects of Judo, Aikido, Grappling, and Kickboxing. We enroll student as early as 5 years old.

Our MMA program includes training in Judo, Grappling, Wrestling, Boxing, and Kickboxing. We enroll students beginning at 13 years old.

Our MAX-​FIT program consists of dynamic, fitness-​based classes designed to help you reach optimum health. Classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, muscle toning, flexibility, coordination, and weight loss. We enroll members beginning at 16 years old.

With over fifty years of combined martial arts experience, the Head Instructors of Champions Karate Dojo are of high regard in the martial arts community. Our central goal has always been to provide West Covina & the surrounding community with quality martial arts instruction and we strive to continue this mission everyday.

Meet the Business Owner

Chris and Dustin C.

Business Owner

Sensei Chris Crisostomo resides in Rowland Heights, CA and was awarded his 4^th Degree Black Belt by the American Karate Kung-​Fu Federation (AKKF) in 2008. Sensei Chris is well-​respected within the competitive martial arts world having won several open form and weapon titles from both state and national championship circuits. He has traveled the NASKA Tournament Circuit and is frequently sought after by competitors for private instruction. Sensei Chris specializes in open form and weapon choreography, sparring, and gymnastics.

Sensei Dustin Lenaburg resides in Chino, CA and was awarded his 4^th Degree Black Belt by the American Karate Kung-​Fu Federation (AKKF) in 2008. He is a veteran competitor of various state championships. Sensei Dustin is highly touted within the local martial arts community for his dedication to self-​defense and child safety. Sensei Dustin Specializes in grappling, MMA, traditional Japanese weaponry and kata, Judo, and sparring.
