I have been doing business with Classified for MANY years, in fact my whole family is associated with them. Just recently I moved out of state and had to cancel my insurance policy, I contacted Sergio so that he could take care of this for us, and at the time we asked if there were any outstanding fees to be paid and he did not think that there was anything due. Just recently I got a letter from a collection agency saying that I owed our old insurance company a small fee. Immediately I called Classified and asked about this, I emailed the document to them and asked for a call back the same day. Sadly, this did not happen, in fact, I had to call the next day to inquire about the situation and was told that he had news, and that it was a simple fee for the cancellation. I indicated to Sergio that I had not received ANY type of final bill from the Insurance company, he asked if I had my mail forwarded and even had my new address which it seems like he obtained from either the collection company or the insurance company. I’m very disappointed in the customer service in this matter, I know that the bulk of this resides with the insurance company themselves, but I contacted him directly to handle the cancellation because of our long standing business relationship because I could trust him to handle the situation. Apparently I was proven wrong.

I was referred to Classified Insurance and have been referring Sergio ever since. Not only is he honest, he does his best to help in any way possible. He’s extremely knowledgeable of the insurance business and uses it to run an outstanding business. I’ve had many different insurances throughout my many years of driving. By far, Classified is the absolute BEST I’ve ever dealt with. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!!!
