Crestview Cadillac

This Cadillac service department really came to my surprise, I have 2015 Escalate 2^nd generation just took it in for simple oil change which Cadillac offer and I have been there 3 times and each simple oil change had some thing else gone wrong…
1^st oil change — we had low oil indication and it also ran out of oil when we made a trip down to San Diego, lucky we stopped by Tustin Cadillac and they helped me to put some oil in my Escalate so I have enough to come back to have it check out. It turns our was the defect oil filter? I had at least 25 cars in the past and drove over million of miles and I don’t even remember the last time I ever had defective oil filter?
2^nd oil change — my wife drove home and couldn’t find the FOD key and she called service department and they put it outside the windshield without informing? And couple days later I discover one of my center wheel cap is missing? Wonder how that happen? Did the service guy forgot to put it back or they didn’t put it back tight? whatever the cause might be we end up buying a new cap.
3^rd oil change — we drove to San Francisco for Valentin’s weekend and I felt our Escalate ride very hard and wondering is there a problem with my magnetic suspension system? And we took it back for diagnose and they us the tire pressure were 10 psi higher then normal? I said how that happen didn’t you guy just did an oil change and check my tire pressure? And a day later their service text us and tell us they rear ended our car because sun was in his eyes? And this tell me something is really wrong at this dealership service department.
I spoke with the service manager and explained the experience and issues we having and he doesn’t have any feeling what so ever, so make any changes to make their service better…
If this happen to me 3 times in the roll, that tells me I should not be the only one having this type of issues. We had Lexus LS460L before with Newport Beach Lexus for 7 year drove over 130K miles and we never had one problem. And some how I have all these problem with one dealership and one car? This dealership had killed the highest quality image that Cadillac being trying to make.
And good luck with anyone who trying their service and be aware something else could have gone wrong with your vehicle that you properly don’t even know.

Almost gave up on Cadillac after a distasteful experience at another dealership where the service went down the drain after the deal was done. Couldnt get a loaner car when car was sent for service and when asking for a ride home, they were fast to show me their 10 mile policy. I m about 11 miles away.
Arriving at Crestview, my wife and I were skeptical until we met Sam Sung. He was personable, professional and show us the cars on the lot like every enthusiastic salesman who wants to sell you a car. I was not sold despite the charm and smiles as I was more worried about what would happen after the deal was sealed. Anyway, we gave Sam Sung a chance to make us an offer on the SRX 2016. We know that this is the best way to walk out of Crestview Cadillac with the excuse that the offer didnt work and on top of my previous experience at another dealer, we are going for a Volvo instead.
When Sam Sung returned with an offer, we were a little surprise that the deal was quite good. He took time to answer our questions and concern, assuring us that he will see to it that we will have a good experience at Crestview should we decide to give Cadillac a second chance. We were very pleased by the way Sam Sung treated us and was not pushy. He start to work on giving us the best deal possible and it shows. We decided to give Cadillac a second chance. Sam Sung even make it to office to help us get our car on the Sat he was off and the transaction was prompt despite some minor hitch. Everything was handled professionally. Chris from finance was very thorough and explain in detail the terms of the deal.
Then Sam Sung took the time to go over the features of the new car and send us off with a smile. He encouraged us to contact him should we have any questions and assistance. We are happy with the service from everyone we make contact at Crestview and Sam Sung.

Crestview Cadillac was a dream to deal with. I never thought I would ever be able to own a Cadillac much less own a 2015 ATS! My Sales person was Diana Sanchez and she has been the best to work with, the initial deal went so smooth and easy I couldn’t believe I was about to own a Cadillac ATS. My new car was a certified pre owned and Diana was there to help take care of the little things I came across that I felt needed attention. She worked with the service department and took care of all my needs. I would recommend Crestview and Diana to anyone who is interested in purchasing a beautiful New or Pre Owned Cadillac. Our experience at crestview was excellent. I’ve never had a car buying experience that was so comfortable. Sam in sales is a true professional and made us feel at home. He paid extra attention to my family while we finished up all the paperwork, and accommodated multiple test drives which was very nice. At no point did I get the dreadful feeling I’ve gotten at other dealerships where I know it is a me against them interaction. Sam and the sales manager are 2 of the most friendly people I’ve met. I feel like this dealership truly understands the value of building a relationship rather than making this a transactional interaction. We literally purchased the least expensive vehicle in their used car inventory yet I felt like I just bought a fully loaded new CTS-​V based on the level of service they provided and how patient they were with me. I went in looking for an Escalade ESV and met with Diana Sanchez in sales. She was so knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed at how she knew everything about the vehicle. She showed me all of the inventory and she even went as far as locating exactly what I wanted. The whole process with her was great. This dealership will try to manipulate you every possible way in both service and sales department to get every dime you have due to their small size and lack of high sales volume like other dealerships.
I purchased my first Cadillac here and was a pretty good experience but after so many personnel changes to the sales staff they became desperate.
I was working a deal on my second Cadillac purchase and agreed on terms and monthly payment and the vehicle I was interested in would have to be ordered. Upon them sending me the final approval for the order they increased my payment over $ 120 MONTHLY FOR NO REASON!!! I declined the offer and took my business to Mark Christopher.
Now to the service side. I needed my rims tpms sensors repaired to my vehicle that I bought from them and they would not do it for anything less than $ 100! I was floored that 5 mins of work wouldn’t be complimentary since the sensors failed within 2 years of ownership! Spoke with the general manager and he stated nothing he could do but charge me that amount!!!
Went to mark Christopher and even though I didn’t purchase my first Cadillac there they took care of it complimentary and threw in a car wash! I went on to purchase my second vehicle through them instead of Crestview.
I have been coming here for years just to see Wayne in service as the other advisors don’t know what customer service is but Wayne truly did. Unfortunately Wayne is no longer in the dealership anymore and there is no reason to see this dealership for any reason now!
Highly recommend going to Mark Christopher’s for any Cadillac purchase or service as they seem to know what customer service is and not try any shady practices or charge ridiculous amounts of money for vehicles or services!

We recently purchased a Escalade ESV. I had the pleasure to meet Julie Johnson and experienced a hassle free & pleasant transaction. I was only interested in a specific color and trim. Julie located the Premium edition for me with the all the options that I requested. Then kept in communication with me regarding status of the vehicle. Julie effectively called me, texted me and emailed me with status. Once the vehicle was on in route to the dealer she prepared me by getting me qualified for the purchase. Then she scheduled an appointment for me, I arrived, signed all the contracts and drove off in my new Escalade.

Amazing place to lease a car. Crestview is all the things you pray for in a dealership — honest, helpful, knowledgable, friendly and convenient (they drove the car 2 hours for us which was a lifesaver because one of our family members is ill). Look nowhere else for a Caddy in the greater LA area.
My new CTS Luxury has done wonders for the enjoyability of my commute. I actually don’t hate traffic right now. It’s also done wonders for my relationship… I’m hot blooded and a classic AC cranker, and my S. O is always chilly. The fact that I can have my seat cooling and hers warming, with fine-​tuned climate control on both sides of the car has made us very happy indeed.
