As a first-​time buyer, taking the step to purchase a home was frightful and exciting at the same time. My wife and I contacted Justin, who was referred to us by a mutual friend. Earlier this year I was searching for a new home to rent or buy and found Justin Lopez’ profile. I must admit, I decided to contact him rather than the other agents on the page because he had a very honest looking face. My hunch was correct; Justin could not have been more straight forward. I was doubtful about my credit worthiness to buy a new home but he suggested I contact American Financial Network to check it out. I was thrilled to find out I qualified and Justin set out finding me several homes to view. He was always available by phone, even texting me to check on my search and offering new ideas. When I did find the home I wanted, Justin gave me the best advice based on the fact I planned to offer more than the asking price, while the home had been on the market a very long time. Essentially, I followed his advice and got the home for $ 10,000 less! Throughout the purchase process he was patient, kind, and even funny ~ which was great because I needed a laugh from time to time having not purchased a home in many years and the whole process was daunting. Justin was an expert, as was his entire team assisting me and kept on top of every detail, even texting me after 9pm some nights to let me know my status. The online signature process was a breeze, escrow closed quickly, and I was in my new home as happy as can be. He has even brought his family by to see how we are enjoying our home and I have recommended him (and the Monica Diaz team) to practically everyone who has mentioned real estate! I cannot thank him enough, nor recommend him highly enough. 5 plus stars!

First of I would like to thank God for blessing me with honest team. I know numbers of realtors but i wanted to use someone who doesn’t know me. I called century 21 masters (Monica) and started working with Justin Lopez my Agent. Nowadays realtors have negative reputation to some but i trusted God. Justin is young but proactive, the whole team is very proactive and i liked that. Then there is Lauren, my lender. Very helpful and proactive too. I can tell you my story but it will be a long review. In short Justin and Lauren and the entire team was able to close everything in 18 days. I am so thankful for this team and i know someday i would use them again. This team surpasses my expectation. For those who are looking for honest and proactive team, dont just take my review for it, try them. I am BEYOND BLESSED for getting our Home and BLESSED to have a team that made all these happened.
