We were originally going with another mortgage company but Lionel got us a quote a full percentage point lower! We are saving over $ 600 per month! He worked so hard and helped us out through the entire process. Everything went so smoothly. The home appraisal was $ 5,000 more than the other mortgage company’s so already we have higher equity into the home. He was there for us every step of the way; he took the time and came out when we signed our loan documents and surprised us with cake and champagne. Even our buying agent did not treat us this good. I cannot say how grateful we are that Lionel was there for us and helped us out with our mortgage.
As if getting a good rate wasn’t enough, he was able to sweeten the deal and get us amazing rates for home insurance, auto, and life quotes. He and his team are truly amazing.

Just had to write a review and this if my first time ever writting a review so that means something !! but i love the service of this agency I got a good deal and best customer service and postive attitude at all times, I never had an issue with billing or communication with them. I am not easily impressed, so it takes a lot for me to get on Unilocal and write a review… but Lionel and his amazing team deserve it !
I have been with Lionel and state farm for the passed two or three years (my mother and grandmother use them too) and i have to say that i have had NO ISSUES ! I remember having a billing issue (which i believe was my fault) and Lionel took care of it right away!
I have moved several times and Lionel’s office always make sure to give me the best rates possible.
I got in a car accident last year with another state farm client and at first they said i was at fault. I called Lionel and explained the accident and sent him pictures. I mailed a letter to state farm and Lionel contact them on my behalf and GUESS WHAT? they changed there decision to ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ and my rate didn’t go up. How many agents will do that?
To make my year better (just kidding) my uncle borrowed my car and totaled it while i was on vacation. (not a fun thing to come home to) Here is where it gets AMAZING… Not only did i get put in a retail within hours, but i got my a great offer for my car (HIGHER THEN AUTO TRADER) I was able to take the amount of car and put that down on a BMW.

One time i got pulled over and could not find my issuance policy ANYWHERE, the cop told me it could be a $ 1000 FINE… Not with Lionel’s office! I called up and got Alex on the phone and she immediately emailed me my policy. I called her back and thanked her!

This review is based on my experience from last year when i first got car insurance.
Lionel was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time to go over which policy will work best for me. He didnt try and oversell me on stuff i didnt need. He actually was looking for ways to save me more money by finding discounts that i qualified for. I called him a few times over the past year for questions i needed answers too and was always available to talk. It feels good knowing that i have someone like Lionel on my side if i ever need him. Good job Lionel! I will be recommending you to everyone i know!

Lionel just recently became our insurance agent. Though we initially approached him for car insurance, we also ended up using him to obtain our life insurance and renter’s insurance. Lionel made the process super easy — one thing I absolutely loved was that he took the time to get to know us. Getting to know us a bit really allowed him to find the insurance products that fit us the best.
Obtaining a quote was pleasant (rather than that cold and impersonal script you might get calling other companies). This alone was an indicator of the high level of service Lionel provides. To top it all off, the rates we received were stellar.
