Established in 2005.

Russ McClain the owner of Precision home inspections has been in the construction industry for the past 20 yrs. Before home inspections Russ would perform required repairs for realestate agents after a home inspection was completed, seeing how some reports were written and how difficult some where to understand is when he decided to get into the home inspection business and create easy to read and understand reports. Our reports explain the problem found, what could happen if not repaired properly with a pictures of the problem on the same page, no fumbling back and fourth through the report We have performed hundreds of inspections many are repeat customers that have been very happy with our service. Business Owner

Russ McClain has been in the construction business for 20 yrs and has experiance in all aspects of construction. As a contractor Russ has Drawn floor plans, worked with City building depts with permits and inspections. Russ started from the bottom up as a labor for a General contractor cleaning work sites, and loading dumsters, moving up to carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing then running job sites managing and supervising several trades and employees. Russ has also worked with facilites management in building maintenance and has been responcible for several thousand square feet of building and assured proper operation of all aspects of the building inside and out. Russ has also passed and is licensed with the Los Angeles County Health department as a pool and spa builder and operator. Russ prides himself on customer service and believes that you treat the client as you would want to be treated as a client, with respect.
