Great bargain store. A little smaller and more bargain store feel than Hyannis location. This is one of my favorite lications. It is right on 28, you can’t miss it. They have a lot of less expensive drapes, sheets, home goods, beach stuff, candy, snacks and a whole lot more. Stuff is crammed into the store and you never know what you are going to find. I found some Ralph Lauren shirts there one time, but never again. A real bargain hunt. Parking lot does get full in summer. A must stop though.

It’s okay, but not the Christmas Tree Shop of the past. Lot’s of selections, but also A LOT of junk and poorly made items. Don’t buy the furniture items that need to be assembled, as it’s worse than putting together IKEA furniture, and we all know how hard those are to assemble! And, unfortunately, from our experience, a lot of times, they are out of advertised specials. We usually just stop in for holiday knick-knack’s and such. For those that don’t know Christmas Tree Shops was acquired by Bed Bath and Beyond in 2003.(And, Bed Bath and Beyond does not own Marshall’s, Home Goods, etc., as another Unilocaler stated. TJX does, and it is a totally separate company). Wish people would do their research, or at least be in the know when they write a review. Staff is usually very helpful.

I used to love this store, but over the last two or three years, they’ve truly deteriorated. I appreciate good bargain(used to love their Christmas cards, for instance), but I don’t like junk. The quality is nothing like it used be, and like everything else the price seems to have gone up a bit as well. There are a couple of things that are great… outdoor unbreakable summer dishes; lamps; and some of the curtains(the selection is pretty terrible though).:(I miss the store of a few years ago.

I love this store. I buy curtains, specialty foods, kitchen items, party bags and candles. It’s a treasure trove and very affordable.

The Dennis/Yarmouth location is the best(the one on 28) and feels less dollar store-ish than the one in Hyannis.(Nevermind the one in Cherry Hill, NJ). Christmas Tree Shops were soooo great when they were a Cape Cod original. They are now owned by the conglomerate that owns Home Goods & Marshalls. So yes, you can still get great deals here on home décor and knick knacks — but it also has more of a «Dollar Store» feel to it. Great for cheap candles and pottery. Meanwhile if you are planning a party, wedding, event or Holiday-themed get together — you really should check out the DIY items and paper goods available here.(Napkins, plates etc.) Also a good deal on certain PETSUPPLIES and random summer items. Changes seasonally so check back often.
