We own the process, from the in-​home consultation through installation and service. We promise one-​stop accountability for window and patio door replacement.

All of our windows are made of FIBREX material, a revolutionary composite made from reclaimed wood fiber blended with a polymer. This gives our windows the strength and durability of wood, and the low-​maintenance features of vinyl.

Your Renewal by Andersen products are warranted under a fully transferable limited warranty, including: 20 years for glass. Two years on installation. 10 years for components other than glass.

History

Established in 1996.

Owner, Dave Steffes worked for his father’s home construction business in Carroll when he was growing up. He went on to for Pella Corporation for 10 years before starting Renewal by Andersen of Des Moines 16 years ago.
