Love this place always great service. Had a facial and manicure. Both were exceptional. No better place to go to be pampered and relax. Employees are very welcoming and accommodating. Facial was the best, enjoyed every minute. Had a sugar scrub with my manicure. I had never had this before and would recommemd. They quit doing mani pedi’s for a while but started again. It was a very nice service and am glad they started offering again. Their facility is also very nice. Honestly can not think of one thing they could do to make it any more perfect.

I had a great experience at The Spa at West Glen at two separate experiences for a massage and a facial. The massage therapist asked a lot of questions up front to figure out what type of massage I was looking for and adjusted based on feedback throughout. The aesthetician also asked questions about my skin type before proceeding. Both services were very good and the atmosphere very relaxing.

I went here a few months back for a pedi and a facial. The pedicure stations are really cramped and customers are crammed together within inches of each other – no personal space whatsoever. Chairs are uncomfortable. The facial person was cold and impersonal. I was not impressed with my facial.
