The single biggest mistake that I have ever made in my life was to retain Brad David as my attorney. In my opinion, Mr. David has no concept of what it means to defend a client and would rather settle as quickly as possible regardless of his client’s wishes or even what is in their best interest. He was out-​litigated, out smarted and clearly intimidated by opposing counsel and I, the client, payed the price.
I do not recommend David and Associates and the only reason I even gave them one star is because Unilocal does not allow a «no star» rating. In my opinion, they do not even deserve one star.
