Just dont go at night. They like to close food options and tables after 6. Other then that, the new management seems to be turning up the customer service on the employeea and food is coming out hot. Hope they find good night people for the evening shoppers in Blueback and the center. Then 5 star rating for sure.

I frequent this Dunking relatively often, as it is very conveniently located on S Main, just a little bit off the center. I’ve only ever been here on the weekends, so that’s all I can speak to. There’s generally no line, the employees are typically pleasant and the service is relatively quick. For it being so close to the center, it’s definitely nice that this Dunking has a parking lot, though not very big by any means. I imagine this is a pain point if you were to stop here before work or something. As noted previously, there is no drivetrhus — another one of those things resulting from a quirky West Hartford city ordinance.

Having nice workers is nice but at the end of the day, I just wanna grab a coffee and go… service is too slow… maybe more training should be provided!

This Dunkin Donuts has the best customer service I have experienced to date. Located conveniently next to my work too!

This is my go-to Dunkin. I like that it is in the main part of West Hartford and has a parking lot. It doesn’t have a Drive Thru but that’s West Hartford for you. Unlike other DD’s I have been to this one feels safe. As a California I can’t say I’m super impressed with DD though I do like their wake up breakfast wraps and their Arnold Palmer coolata. The donuts are ok(not fresh) and their coolate drinks are a fast track to type II diabetes(aka way too much sugar). I do appreciate the free wifi.

This is the Dunkin Donuts near the Radio Shack on South Main. Early in the morning you can easily bail out and walk in and back out easily, later in the day it is more challenging. No drive thru, this is not unique I don’t think West Hartford permits drive through restaurants. If you look around, the nearest drive through anything are on the Hartford Side of Prospect.(Just my theory) The counter staff are fine, the parking is really difficult during prime time.

Straight-up Bullshit. If there’s something you find appealing here, you’re an idiot. Nobody wants to be there. Not the employees. Not even the donuts.

Oh Dunkin, how I love you. I could count the ways, but they are really very simple so it wouldn’t take very long. Fine, here are the ways: 1) Coffee 2) Donuts 3) Bagels & sandos What’s with the pizza, though? You throw me a curveball… I dodge artfully, but remain wary of your offbeat charms.
