The Montessori School of Greater Hartford is an independent school, now 44 years strong, dedicated to providing the best possible start for children ages fifteen months to twelve years.) MSGH is recognized by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI’s highest form of accreditationand is also accredited by the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools. We currently serve more than 150 children and their families with toddler, primary, elementary, and afternoon enrichment programs. Our mixed-​age classrooms are filled with materials that allow children to move, explore, and learn at their own pace, with the support and guidance of highly skilled, AMI-​trained teachers.
