First of all I’ve been going to tommys tanning for years and let me just say that as years go by it gets worse. The changing of the bulbs are ridiculous, I swear they say this so that they limit your session especially on the high performance bed! I don’t tan much but it seems that when I do this is the excuse I get… to make matters worse I went to use my last session and the so called manager tells me that I could only get 10 minutes because I had not been there since November and did not want me to burn! Ridiculous… she just wanted me out of there because it was almost closing time! I’m not sure if this is in all tommy locations but I can say that the west haven location is ridiculous! I would not spend a dime in that place, let alone get a membership there.
