Not a fast food junkie but frequent McDonalds for their coffee. This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever walked in to. It is constantly filthy. On the hottest of days, no A/C and it feels like you’re walking into a sauna. Very unhygienic. If they can’t maintain the seating area to normal/minimal hygiene standards, imagine the kitchen! The deep fried alarm is CONSTANTLY sounding and the staff seem to be completely deaf to it with everyone just walking by and not turning it off. They forget customers are standing at the register. They also forget that the customers standing at the register really don’t care to watch drive-thru order after drive-thru order being taken before even approaching you to take your order(my simple cup of coffee). The staff are not versed at all in the basic skills of PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY customer service. Undesirables constantly loitering and myself, living in the area, I don’t want my children even walking by this place where they allow men who live out of their cars wearing women’s shoes to basically camp out in the parking lot(no, I’m not kidding). I believe I even saw this same person in his car(beat up Volvo filled with trash), watching porn on his laptop, disgusting. Lastly, it sometime takes a few times for the staff here to understand your order, and get it right. This is McDonalds at it’s worst and needs a complete overhaul. For such a world class organization, McDonalds, you should be a shamed of yourself on this one. One star is too much for this place.

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a service industry. Myself and my girlfriend(who is deaf) went to this restaurant after running in the Long Island Half Marathon. We received several coupons in our race packet and I tried to use them, and the manager said we cannot use them unless we ordered separately. I tried to order for my girlfriend, and the manager said that she has to order for herself(again, she’s deaf). I asked for the manager, and the manager spoke rudimentary English, at best. The air in the place was obviously not working and it was upwards of 90 degrees in the building. My order was also incorrect and the coupons that I ended up being able to use on one order were not honored and they were kept. We also ended up waiting for greater than twenty minutes and had several other customers that ordered after us that were served before us, while we still waited on our to-go order. I did not realize that we were missing two Big Macs and two fries until after we left(we were in a hurry because we had to catch the train, which was why we ordered to go). I also tried to order an ice cream and was told that the ice cream machine wasn’t working. While I was waiting, a person of a different ethnic background was served ice cream by the employee of the same ethnic background as the customer. Do yourself a favor and don’t visit this place. I know McD’s sucks, but this one takes the cake

Do not ever ever ever go here. If you want McDonalds drive the extra five minutes to the one on Hempstead Ave. They don’t even speak English, so how are they supposed to get your order right?! And when you ask for the manager, she doesn’t even speak English either! Not to mention they are OUT of almost every menu item on the daily. Never again

SHAMROCKSHAKEEXPEDITIONSTOP#1: Success(and thus the beginning and end of the quest). I get the feeling that these are much easier to locate these days, and none of the kids seemed to be wise to the gloriousness of the shamshake, which wasn’t as great as I recalled, so I’m glad my first stop could be my last. Luckily I just got a Small, so the amount of curdled milk(doubtful that actual milk was involved) or spoiled whipped cream was minimized. As for the location, I’m not fond of the multiple one-way entrances/exits(both via car and as a pedestrian) and the odd/side lot is convenient but kinda difficult to spot for a Mickie D’s. The drivethru is semi-recessed, and my first visit in I have no idea how long(last I was here was years prior to calorie posting requirements) left me witnessing as crazy a customer turnover as I remember… yet none came for the coveted green goodness. The staff handled it well and I left $ 1.89 and 540 calories poorer but a pot’o’gold richer, lads & lasses. Miraculously, I paid significantly more($ 2.05) than those hoodlums purchasing actual«food”/protein-based nourishment, though I prefer my minty madness, even if they rang my $ 10 up as a $ 20(what gives here, Slick Rick?). With raucous school kids whipping up a ruckus, I left, opting for the whipped cream and cherry on my shake.
