2 fix your traffic ticket

This was a great website for taking care of my traffic school needs. Quick and painless.

They say they will refund you within 7 – 10 business days. Today is day 11. No refund. Why do I have to chase these people down? I guess I will have to report to the BBB.

They are just a document preparation company! Don’t expect anything more from them, than a document that you have to file yourself.
Their website gives false impression and eventually they will just put your information in a word document (definitely a template) and send it back to you with instruction do everything yourself! Even for a revision they request extra money.
WHY WILL YOU HIRE THEM WHEN ALL THIS IS AVAILABLE ON COUNTY COURT SITE.
They are more than a Scam!
I just received an email with a document and a direction as below:
FILING INSTRUCTIONS
WHAT TO DO WITH THE ATTACHED
1– DO NOT MAIL THE TRIAL BY WRITTEN DECLARATION (TBD) DOCUMENT BACK TO US. THE DOCUMENT MUST BE FILED WITH THE COURT AS INDICATED ON YOUR CITATION & COURTESY NOTICE!
2– Read the attached TBD document to verify that the information is correct. Then, print and where indicated and appropriate sign and date the TBD document. Most documents require three (3) signatures.
3– Attach your payment for the full fine/​bail amount to the TBD document. You MUST include payment (personal check, money order or cashier’s check) for the fine/​bail amount in full, if you have not already paid your fine/​bail amount. If you do not know the bail amount you must contact the court to find out the exact bail amount. (The bail amount may be indicated on the courtesy notice if one was sent to you by the court)
4– You MUST submit the TBD document with your fine/​bail amount prior to the due date. You may submit the completed TBD document to the court in person or by mail (Certified mail or Registered mail with return receipt requested). Make sure to allow adequate time for the mailing process. You may have to use an express or overnight carrier service depending on the available time to ensure that the court will get your TBD document prior to the due date.
5– You MUST make a copy of the TBD document for your own records. There will be a charge of $ 30 to reproduce copies of the TBD documents, if requested.

these guys are the best made my life simple saved me $ 400.00 i have used them 3 other times and referred them to my kids and friends

I’ve used them twice and they nailed it both times. As a professional driver this is a must service you must have!

These guys are scams!
Yes, they send you paperwork for the ‘file by written declaration’ but they do not have any traffic experts to help you with the argument. Essentially what you are paying for is the paperwork and you have to add your own statement. In my opinion, you can just download the paperwork template from Google and move on; don’t waste your time with these guys!
They also charged me a rush fee for an option I didn’t even select — when questioned on the receipt details, they said to have my fee refunded — unethical!
Summary: If they don’t ask you details on your situation, they have no clue on what to write to make the story personal. Contrary to their website, they do NOT have traffic experts — just paper pushers and a shipping department!

Fraud! Be careful of their HIDDEN fee. I’ve got charged $ 145 on the tab «sign up with $ 99 flat rate» on my phone for just 1 ticket. The check out process looked simple with no visible options and the «order confirmation» does not provide any charge details nor even the charge amount. I didn’t realize they charged me that much over until my bank statement. When I wrote them for a refund they said I requested an «expedite service» which I never did nor needed to. I am waiting for their 2^nd respond and if not solved guess I will just to put it on next level. It’s not just about the money but I don’t tolerate fraud.
Update: I rose the rating from 1 to 2 for their prompt reply. However, if there’s hidden trap like «expediting service» it should be stated clearly and not as a default. Also there should be a receipt with all line items charged listed.
I still don’t know if I am going to be found guilty in the case and I will keep updating it.

Worked like a charm! Case dismissed

These guys accomplished absolutely nothing for me. The court found me guilty and I just blew an extra $ 99 fighting it. Waste of money and time.

Well, i lost the case. It was a shot in the dark. But the 99 was refunded and i took traffic school theough them.
It was a try, (better than doing nothing).
The online class was rather easy. Any decent deiver would have no problem with these fundamental traffic regulatory questions.

Froud, they said $ 99 dollars and no more hidden fee, and i got charged almost $ 160 on my card, they only give me template and step by step to fight my ticket

I finally received my refund on March 9, 2016 after they promised me that I would receive it 7 – 10 business days after December 31. Thus, the reason for 3 stars instead of something higher. The great thing about this business is that they do get back to you in a timely matter. I just wished the refund was sooner than later. But I did get my money back and I’m happy about that :)

I had an excellent experience with them. At first I wasn’t sure if this is going to work since I had heard mixed reviews, luckily my cop made a mistake and this company was able to catch it and fix it. With this being said, I won my case and did not have to pay the amount of money that the Police Department wanted from me. The staff was very nice and helpful !! Thanks!

When I got my traffic ticket last year, I was hesitant to fight my ticket because people would say that there’s a little chance to win the case but I still tried and took the chance. After almost 2 months of waiting for the courts response, I was called to appear to the court so I thought I lose the case but when I came in, my case got dismissed and I got my money back. It was definitely worth fighting for.

I will amend the review as promised. I did get a credit of the overcharge as indicated in their response below, I don’t recall seeing any option for 24 hr. response, as it was not needed, but maybe I did inadvertently check it, so it was nice they credited me for it. However in checking my email I cannot find anything from them, perhaps it was just a fluke, but nothing in spam or in my inbox. But also I never received a phone message or call from them, my iPhone records any incoming number and my voice mail is never full so I am suspect of that response. If I would have received anything back, none of this would be posted.
I would offer one suggestion to 2fixyourtrafficticket, that in your phone prompt you should always have an option to get to a live person, thats just good business practice. Otherwise I would remove your statement about having operators standing by ²⁴⁄₇. It is very frustrating to customers to get trapped in «voice mail jail». Other than this issue, I would say they have been very responsive and the materials sent were excellent. Give em a try.

Note this is not about the traffic ticket itself, it is specifically about their customer service.
I completed all the information and authorized the charge of $ 99 as advertised on their website. I received my paperwork and completed and sent it in, so far so good. BUT, then I see my credit card statement where I was charged $ 144.99 (50% more than they advertise). I sent an email about the issue and requested the difference be refunded, it has been over a week and no response. I then called their 877 number where they claim «Operators are standing by ²⁴⁄₇ to answer your questions», which is totally false. No matter what prompts I selected, and I tried them all, you never get a live person. I did however get to a voice mail system, and left a lengthy detailed message, and again, no response from them.
The Good:
They completed my request quickly and sent me the paperwork and instructions to file, I’m awaiting the courts decision.
The Bad and Ugly:
1. They charged me 50% more than they advertised.
2. They have not responded to my request for a refund of the difference.
3. They DO NOT have operators standing by 24/​7, as they claim.
4. They have not bothered to respond to me in any way via email or telephone.
5. There is no way to call and actually speak to a live person.
I will be more than happy to upgrade my review if I get any kind of response from anyone there, but so far. .. nada.

When i first sign up with their service about my photo camera ticket i really had a reservation behind my head about their service since i had ran through the red light photo camera and i was truly at fault.
But after i received their legal argument for my behalf for the court i said waooooo why could i have thought of that. It was an amazing argument.
But to sweetened off once i received the courts response it truly made my day when the judge response «that this case is dismissed in the interest of justice» job well done! Five stars for their service is under statement their services truly deserves 10 stars for the experience i had with it.
Thanks to all the staff’s hard work and dedication in the public service. Traffic tickets IS for «miracle services» that works!
I know not all people would be happy and write nice things about «your ticket fix «but anyone should understand different courts different judges different views. But that along shouldn’t stop you from putting up a fight and don’t do it along have your ticket fix experts on your side. Those guys truly are the experts!

UPDATE: I think it says a lot about a business when the person who works there takes the time to try to resolve the issue or explain what’s going on. I’ve worked in customer service and know how tough it can be to try to keep everyone happy. Many people just don’t take the time to reach out, but Karen F. did and for that reason I’m bumping the rating for this business 5 stars, regardless of my previous experience. Didn’t have a good experience with this company, or their website.
I had originally picked 2 Fix Your Traffic Ticket, because they somehow came up in a google ad or search, and appeared to be dirt cheap. It should be renamed, 2 give you a frickin headache, because it was just awful. I wasted a lot of time with that site this morning. Filled out all the required DMV info, then when I hit submit the screen froze, and it was one of those cases where you’re scared to hit the back button or refresh button for fear it will charge your credit card twice… so I just kept staring at a little round circle… that never went away… for a couple of HOURS! I tried calling customer support a couple of times and also left a number. No callback. Had to check my bank acct to be sure I wasn’t charged. Oh and they also suck you in with hidden fees. When I tried to make my payment, I’d get a message suggesting
It’s like entering the publishers clearninghouse. yeah they SAY you don’t need to buy a magazine in order to win, but… come on. You feel like, if you don’t buy somehting you may not as well even enter cause your envelope’s going to be one of the first one thrown in teh trash. Well that’s how I felt with tiis system. Like, proof of dmv submission or proof of court receipt… shouldn’t those things be standard???
Its like seeing a realtor bragging about how many houses they sold. Like, really? You’re gonna brag about that? That’s your job. I’m a receptionist but you don’t see me bragging about how many phone calls I was able to answer.
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

(2) Returned the 50% fee within one month after one reminder
Purpose: Used their service to fight Millbrae BART red light turn at 5miles/​hr without stopping. What I got was a generic contest packet which obviously did not fly and resulted in just waste of time and an additional $ 94.
Verdict; Stay away from there services for the Millbrae BART ticket red light violation at the least.

So an update to my review since a few of you have inquired…
Decision came back from the courts and I lost. I went ahead and put in a request for my 100% money back refund and also asked about what my options were and how to go about requesting for traffic school without having to go to court. The response they gave only addressed the refund which they promised would happen between 7 – 10 business days. I asked again about traffic school and got nothing.
Luckily I have a brain and hands to do a google search on my own to figure it out. At the end of the day, it was their website that helped me work out my options. They list out very clearly the various ways you can request for traffic school AND as a bonus, they even included sample letters to use, free of charge! Why couldn’t they have emailed me that or just directed me to their website?! This is where I am torn because I felt that they dropped me quickly after they deemed the services provided but on the other hand, everything I needed was ironically found on their website. It took some time to hear back from the courts so I ended up having to request for a trial de novo still before that opportunity expired. In the end it all worked out and I received a letter in the mail from the courts about a week later granting me traffic school without ever having to show up to court.
As for the refund…
10 business days passed and I did not see anything. I sent another email asking if they could check up on it and they promised to re issue it through the bank. The next day I did in fact receive an email from pay pal that they refunded me the full $ 99 amount.
So… what did I get out of all of that? Well, nothing really. Extra time put in and extra paperwork, but when you break it down, it was still technically a no risk/​free opportunity to take a chance on fighting your ticket.
Now that I am able to, I think that I will probably be trying them out for traffic school since it looks like the bulk of their rave reviews originate from that service rather than the trial by written declaration. They already have enough 5 stars for that service so no need to update from here on out… unless experienced otherwise… ;)

Don’t waste your money for the Written Declaration by these people. I paid the $ 99, received the declaration, I read it… and immediately noticed that even though the information regarding my violation number was correct on all the documents I sent them, they sent me a declaration stating the wrong violation number, thereby arguing the WRONG information.
Also the previous reviewer is correct, they just take the information you send them in the statement about what direction you were traveling, etc, insert it into a statement and send it to you. Its a huge waste of $ 99. Oh and the email they send you with the declaration states that if you want any changes that there is a fee of $ 29 to send them credit card info with your response.
They are likely great for the traffic school portion, but that’s it.
