Alan Friedman Photography

His pictures came out fine, but he’s a professional photographer, so that’s a given! What was not okay was his attitude and customer service skills! He refused to take certain pictures that we asked him to take. Also, we had to meet with him to pick up what he owed us, and after driving 70 miles, he had the nerve to not be there!!! What does he say? «oops, why don’t you come back again?» Then he gave us the wrong address, and we could not find him. So of course whenever we try to call him, he doesn’t answer his phone! This guy has a serious ego problem, and is very unaccommodating. If you are getting married, do not hire Alan Friedman, he will by far be your worst vendor! He took a break during the wedding, and when we were supposed to go around and greet our guests and get pictures with them, he was no where to be found! I was no bridezilla, but this guy was impossible to deal with, and I had an infuriating experience trying to get my pictures, album, and video from him. He was also unprofessional, and sent emails like he was texting his buddies. Whatever you do, do not hire Alan Friedman to be your wedding photographer, you will definitely regret it.
