Comfort Ride, Inc. a non-​emergency medical transportation service, is a family-​owned business with a mission: to provide safe, comfortable, and efficient means of transportation for our senior population and those with special needs. Our goal is to safely take you to your destination — whether it is for a doctors’ appointment or a private engagement, you can count on us to get you there safely and in a timely manner! We deliver an excellent value added, door to door service to our customers.

History

Established in 2011.

The vision was cultivated through the owners personal experience. When Que Zaidi’s mother suffered a stroke, her mother began using a wheelchair. As time went on, taking her mother to the doctor became more difficult, for both Que and her husband, Syed. It was around this time that they came up with the idea of having a wheelchair-​accessible van to make it easier for Que’s mother to travel to appointments, run errands, and attend family events. Together, Que and Syed started Comfort Ride, Inc. Since 2011, they have provided services to hundreds of clients through out southern California. Most of their client are repeat customers.

Manager

Prior to moving to California, Syed worked with Illinois Social Services for 15 years. He has experience in dealing with adults and children with developmental disabilities. Que has 15 years of customer service and management experience.
